By using SurveyGenie you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Your content

You retain ownership of surveys you create and responses submitted to them. You grant SurveyGenie a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring your surveys comply with applicable law (including privacy, consent, and consumer-protection rules) and that you have the right to collect any data you collect.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Use the service to harass, defraud, or harm others
• Collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, children's data) without proper consent and legal basis
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to breach the security of the service
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the service

Free service, as-is

The free plan is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurveyGenie is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or a notice on the site.
